and I don't know how to patch - also I hate it! I'm making Frank buy his own food - mostly entire wheat bread, jam and sliced baloney. He piles the jam on 1/2 inch thick, puts a slice of b- on then doubles it over and lets the jam drip over everything. Some spilled on the floor with bread attached - He got his flash light to hunt it, finally located it and regretted its loss. When we were having our very cold spell, I asked if it was as bad as the old shack he had lived in. "About as bad!" he said. He shut himself up in his room, turned on the electric heater until the room reached 72 degrees then shut it off for awhile. He leave the light on nearly always when he leaves his room. I went to a funeral yesterday aft. left him sitting on the porch. He was still there when I got back, and the light was still on in his room. I told him he'd have a fine electric bill to pay. He didn't answer. It's almost impossible to understand much that he says. No teeth and a stuttering tongue, flabby lips makes enunciation impossible. Well. What a tale of woe! Much love, Mother.
