Darling Tafern:

I'm awful sorry to have given you so much grief over criticizing your stretched neck! Don't worry over it my dear - have Mr. F. take another and hold your head naturally, and the picture will be fine. I suppose relatives take advantage of their relationship and are brutally frank, when instead they should practice a little finesse, or whatever it is that properly behaved relatives do. But you are a darling girl under any and all circumstances, and I'm proud that you have preserved your youthful figure. No one who has seen your big photograph will believe that you are a grandmother. "O, she's beautiful!" they all say. So be comforted Dearie.
