I am so anxious to know about the rent money from the Monaghans and whether Mr. Cole paid you instead of paying Monaghans for the stuff they bought of the M's - But what good does it do to worry over it? The hills are green and the "red-bud" and peach blossoms and cherries and apples and crab-apples are in bloom. Not so many birds here as in Jacksonville. With much love, Mother.
