Dear Grandma,

 Thank you for the stamps you sent me they were very interesting. Last Sat. I went to Wheaten pool

swimming & got so sunburned that I couldn't get dressed for a day & a half. A couple of weeks ago I took a overnight hike to castles lake & had a very good time. Castles lake is a dupage county Forest preserve on Butterfield near Naperville. About a week ago we went to Lincoln park & saw all sorts of things they have a new animal house that is conclusively for monkeys. They have four chimpanzees that like to show off very well.
