San Francisco Sepr 4th Went out with Gen Bibby to see the houses of the big boys --

 Loafed around city 
 Couldn't find anybody 
 Stayed away until Genl & Tidball went off to the GAR reunion then went to bed
 San Francisco    Sepr 5th -

Started at 11 am for Alameda to visit Pollock & family - Arrived about 1 pm - nice family - after lunch took a long ride. Beautiful
