Tidball & Judge Grey absent -- After dinner packed all my things - then at 8.30 pm started with Mendenhall to see Chinatown -- Hired a policeman. Saw all sorts of sights & went to Theater.

 Got through all about midnight & returned home to write up four days of this Diary & then to bed.
