I will write a bit so as to send this to the office, though I've miserable with t pen I rec'd your letter for for which I thank you much Thurs. eve. together with one from Joseph A short time after came S.W.F. and said if I'll dismiss school at noon next day he'd bring me home 'cordingly He was round collecting bills and thought he'd collect me while he was about it. I shall expect another letter from you very soon at La Grange. Wrote to you after I went there. Don't know whether you have rec'd it. Have had some splendid raspberries & cream, today, first this season. Wish you had some of them. Be careful of your health this warm weather. Wish I had some money to send you - I dont believe it is good for you to be indoors in winter so much I wish you would value your health more
