Opr. and Wardrope then went to the Clifton House and got dinner. Rogers did not make his appearance during the dinner hour. At 1.00pm Opr., Wardrope & Stranburg went to Browns Billiard Hall where they played three games of pool. Opr asked Stranburg if Clark was going to make a defense before the Justices he replied that he did not know but from what he has heard he believes Clark will rest his case. They then went to the Courthouse where they arrived at 2.00pm Clark, Milley and Bauersien were put under $3000.00 bonds. They left the court house at 6.00pm with a crowd of strikers who claimed that Clark and Milley have an easy case to fight against. They say there is nothing against MIlley at all, but I may go hard with Bauersun of Aurora.
