Chicago. Aug 1st 18888 H.B. Stone Esq Gen'l Mit C.B. & ? R.R.

Dear Sir: Following you will please find report of Officer J.H. Monday, July 30th 1888

Today in Galesburg officer reports that it has been very quiet and that there was a large meeting there tonight in the strikers hall but officer has not learned the nature of the meeting yet and can find no one who knows anything about it. Clark has not let Miley get out of his sights for the last three days as he seems to be afraid of something. Yours Respectfully Pinkerton's Natl. Det. Agency by W.A. Pinkerton Gen'l. Supt. W. Div. AR
