City Dear Sir: Following you will please find reports of D.D.C> for Aug 9th & 10th Thursday, Aug 9th 1888 Today in Chicago Opr. reported at 8a.m. and then went home where he staid until after dinner when he went to 14th St. and Center Ave. and met Paddy Ohara, who is still in the milk business and says he would not go back to work if the strike was settled tomorrow, from there Opr went to Noonan Bros. but found only a few of the boys there & the meeting was adjourned. Opr stopped there and played cards for a while & then went to the Union Depot with Martin Cooke who took the Pan Handle 8:30 p.m. train for Hamilton Ohio, riding on the traveling of the Engineers, Fireman & Switchman combine signed by P.M. Arthur, Sergeant and Monigam. After the train left Opr. went home. There was nothing new from the meeting today, among the men Opr ?
