Opr. got Bailey talking about the fire where he stated he was one of the first to get to the fire and saw the scabs comming out of the burning building. Hickey says the fire was not set by any one as it was too early in the evening where the fire broke out and thee was to many police around so that anyone setting the fire would stand a poor show of getting away.
