Dear Sir, Following please find report of Opr "P.L.G." Saturday, Mar 30th 1889. To-day in Chicago I was with unclear Howe, he feels disappointed at being kept so long - he having made arrangements before he going Pittsburgh to be home this evening. I took him around town and entertained him the best I could and left him pretty well satisfied, telling him I would call for him at 10 o'clock tomorrow. I also gave him $15.00 to buy some under clothes and showed him that his detention was unavoidable.
