Dear Sir Following find report of Opr F.W. dated at Aurora. August 10th 1888. (Friday)

Opr reports that while in Heains saloon this morning he met Nickson a Striking Engineer and Frank unclear a new Engineer and all talked about fishing. went to New York St Bridge and fished for 3 hours. Then they parted Nickson said to Opr. "That fellow is a scab but he seems like a nice fellow." Bauviseau? is in St Louis expect him home Saturday night. Mears expects to go to La Crosse where Jack Spanner is.

The Strikers Ball Team expect to go to Joliet to play Ball.

Opr heard unclear George tell De Gerald Saurtry? and Watkins that a Brotherhood man of other roads would go to see the General Manager Mr. Stone. Watkins is taking unclear of some horses for different people near where Watkins lives on Fox Dr.

While in Siebert's Saloon there was a discussion about St Louis unclear it was claimed that it was the end of the strike, that whichever way that unclear would go would decided the whole of the strike.
