He was taken to the station and booked for disorderly Conduct under the name of Mike Kenney. nothing more of importance occurred during the 24 hours to report Saturday June 9th 1888 Ops further reports that he relieved and was relieved by Sergt and that men were detailed at the usual hours and places - excepting that Officer Goodrich attended court at 9 a.m. and appeared as witness against Mike Kenny whom he arrested the night before for disorderly conduct.
