Dear Sir I receve yours on the 12, you say you hav Wrought two Letters to me in regard to som Boots and regret verry much that I did not notes? yours I hav receved two Letters from you one on the 1 of Novem and 1 on the 12 I wrought you about 6 Weeks ago and cent word by Mr Knowls to know if you wold take som hay and Oats and Peas for sum of the Lumbermen I have about 6 or 8 Tons of the first rate hay that I wish you to hav I have Ben disapointey in my Leter not hving it Land? in seasing - for the Fall bisness I think I can let you hav one dosen pare Boots next week I have got a nice Harness for you if you wish I should hav ansswerd your first Letter but expected to hav ben dow thare before this Yours and c H Owen
