Sunday eve March 3rd I am getting along very well at ? with my house, but am Somewhat fearful that my means will will give out before I get it entirely compleated, I find as I progress with it that I have to raise my estimate of its cost, I am satisfied now that when compleated it will have cost me $1,000,00 one thousand dollars, but I shall have a good house built in good stile --- It will consist inside of two 15 feet square rooms, one 12 X 15 feet, one tearoom 8 X 10, one buttrey, 6 feet by 8, a cloathes press 3 X 4 feet, and a stair way, a chaimber? 15 X 32 feet, 3 1/2 feet from the chamber? floor? to the plaits? , The outside will exhibit two frounts? 32 feet each, one of them with a verandah 32 feet by 5, and a fine cellar at an expense of about $150,00 one hundred and fifty dollars, I shall not be able to paint until after I move into it, may paint in the fall Theodore had a vey good and comfortable house near finished Mr Haskell had a very good dwelling but not yet everything finished
