Lucy & Samuel Hampden Maine Sept. 11.13 1850 Please to excuse me for not writing before this I have been very much crowded with other things. Eliab I beleive wrote yo you that I would like to get that spare hundred of yours. And if you have any more of them this fall I would like to get them of you as I am having to hire some money to get along with our bills on the ? Senator have got her done is now loaded with dust for Boston I think, quite favorably of her I suppose Lucy has told all the news Wm. Lowney Esq. of Sebec committed suicide by cutting his throat with a razor about two weeks since, been partially deranged for sometime. Hypo.
