Nettie Dearest Mother & Charles have not not got home from Meeting: I didnt go this evening. I will write a bit to you I think. I wish I could know & see just how you do feel this evening. I hope having got fairly rested from your journey you feel much better. Do not stay in the house & especially sew too much. Be out of doors. If your father is well enough, and it is good for him to be out, ride about over the hills with him. It will do you more good than any thing else. If not, be sure to walk out every day & every where, often & much; not much at a time, or to get tired, but frequently. Be careful and not get fatigued. After George gets home
