  In regard to the Business, of which you wished to consult, with Alex, he says he does not think any steps can be taken until underlined: after  March. He will accertain sic what weeks the Surrogate attends to to such business, Then he will write to you underlined: himself,  he seemed to be studying the matter some this morning that is he was reading "Dayton on Surrogates" he says it had better be done as soon as may be, without any unnecessary delay as it probably can be done easier than if delayed, but will take quite a time to complete it.
