Colonel: You are respectfully informed that the papers relative to proposed cultivation of a part of the Fort Sill Reserve have been submitted to the Secretary of War who has approved the following recommendation of the Quartermaster General: That authority be given to contract with some person to cultivate a portion of the Fort Sill Reservation in corn; The Quartermaster Department to contract the crop at $1 per bushel. The quantity not to exceed the necessities of the Post and all labor tools and
