My dear Sister,

We spoke to Mr. Prichard this afternoon- He would like to stay here another year and will look for cows- We spoke to him about the hens and a little ground around the house. We said we thought it would be more business like to have the agreement in writing and he thinks the same- said it would have been better if we had done so in the first place- We did not say anything about the orchard as A. thinks we will not need it it till after haying if we do then- How would it do for you to draw up a paper for us - stating what privileges we wish - do not forget to state that they will let us have milk for 3 cts a qt= or if you prefer - propose that we make some arrangement and keep

in margin: degree of interest is felt. We hear that Clara has come forward- she was in church yesterday morning with her mother and Nain?. Have we told you that she has taken the sixty school for next summer? A. is some better. She is feasting on those cherries just now. or rather she had some after supper & enjoyed them very much - we keep thanking
