 When the commander of the war party concieves that the budget has remained in the above situation long enough to give dignity to the party and the nation; he assembles the war party, and a feast is prepared by them for the rest of the Village.
 When the feast is prepared, they assemble at the house or lodg of the commander, where they sing and dance all night.    Those of the war party that done the enemy most damage, serves out the feast. After this, the war budget is opened by the commander, and each person takes out his corpenyomer and the assembly is dismissed.
 It will readily be observed, how will the above regulations when going to war is calculated to prevent accidents or surprises, and keep up good order and discipline.   The Indians have a variety of dances and games. The war dance, the corn planting dance
