We, the undersigned, members of the Cherokee Tribe East of the River Mississippi, in token of assent to the above terms, have hereunto affixed out names opposite the date, and in the event the above Treaty is not ratified next Winter, then we will remove to the West, on being notified that the government is ready to receive and transport ourselves & families, on the terms held out to those who removed during the last Spring, securing to them all the advantages of this, or any future contracts or treaty that may be made with the United States.
