The National Council have taken into consideration the Petition of Shoe Boots purporting to grant freedom to his three children, which he had by his slave.
The Council, therefore, has no objection to recognize their freedom, as well as their inheritance to the Cherokee Country.
But is is ordered that Shoe Boots cease begetting any more children by his said slave woman, provided the National Committee will concur in this decision.
