Tuesday & Wednesday writing. Wednesday evening - prayer meeting. - Thursday - preparing for meeting

 Friday - preparing for Sabbath.  Evening a number of brethren & sisters arrived.

Saturday - fasting & prayer a good congregation present night br. Nuss preached. About 150 persons (Cherokees) spent the night with us, mostly from a distance Sabbath - morning - prayer meeting - about 9 o clock br. Nuss preached and again half past ten, which the session were with five persons who wished to unite with the church. About 12 O'Clock I preached from Luke 18:1, and after sermon baptized Levi Woodward, John Ashhopper -, Betsy Ashhopper, Nancy Partridge, & Suky Burns, & br. Nuss baptized. The session also this morning voted? to receive the members of Carmel chh. to this.

Br. Le ni ta then confessed his fault for intemperate drinking, and then the Holy Communion was administered.  -  Candle light a meeting at the mission house.
Monday - prayer meeting at sunrise and after breakfast our friends left for home.
Tuesday - morning brs Sanders & Johnson left for Carmel -  spent the day in writing to r Greene and preparing the chh records.
Wednesday - With br. Vail looking for my house that strayed away or was stolen last week.
