      Martin replied, I suppose I can.
      Lewis Ross remarked, I am willing to be security for Mr. Martin.
      So, the affair passed off, until next morning, when Martin was again spoken to, and asked whether he had provided another security, as two would be required?
      "I've been thinking about that affair" observed Martin. "I don't know whether I'll put myself to any more trouble about that affair ___ We are both only Indians any how" ____
