Running time was good, though arriving only 20 mins late, "P.C" has a vicious plan to cut service, which is being fought by a passenger group and (perhaps too mildly) the R.R. unions. West of Harrisburg the "rails" aboard showed me where 44 cars had left the tracks. Many autos were in a river, fell off cars. I had only time for a few days in Dublin, three in all, and lost the better part of 24 hrs due to quite heavy rain.
