54 counsellors and speaker, one by one, arose & went out. After which the people, waiting on few minutes arose and all silently departed.

  As mortal diseases were supposed to arise from the displeasure of God, when any such diseases made their appearance the people resorted to the Ho hgr na for which God had directed them to do this. Therefore the above feast was celebrated. The yowa sung etc. at any time of the year when any mortal disease was feared.
