Salt Lake City Sept 23d, 83

I spent yesterday after noon doing the city, the churches etc? and it was fortunate for I have little time today.

Devoted morning to writing letters. Genl & party came down to hotel to lunch with Erb. All lunched together then went to the Tabernacle. I stood the nonsensical gabble for an hour & left. Next down to lake. Pleasant ride. Beautiful colors of waters at sunset. ?
