3/10/09 In company with J. B. Noble unclear examined school Basement & Laundry building Found a most dilapidated & Tumble down state of the windows room. Water closet and The work shop in Laundry building open Windows broken. Tool closet open and tools lying on the floor and bench without any regard to order. Floor covered with dirt & debris. Door into the Laundry had been broken some the casings having been pried out in getting the door off. The closet sheets in the school closet were torn down. Ashes around the furnace door. The railing at one of the front door down. One front door was unclear by whittling with a pocket knife and a general lack of oversight are the part of the unclear unclear.

   Intolerable in any government school. Recommendation at once
