To all whom it may concern, Know Ye that George or Oowanahtekiskee, has this day appeared before the National Council & Committee, and by his own free will and choice entered into an instrument acknowledging a certain boy Moses to be his Son, and further emancipating him from Bondage as a Slave. Therefore, as do hereby receive and admit the Emancipation of said Boy and will acknowledge him to be free hereafter.
