Art. III
The principle of speaking resides in every woman, in the oral organ itself. No corporation, no body, nothing in the world can prevent a woman from speaking, provided she is fitted with the said organ.
Art. IV
The very freedom of a woman consists in her speaking until she has no strength left. Thus, the natural law is preserved right there unless the physical function is down.
Art. V
No law can be implemented to stop women talking apart from them being mute or utterly exhausted. Except for those circumstances, no one can submit them to do so.
