There are a lot of rabbits around here, I had a terrble time with them in our vegetable garden last summer. I always give son Tony a litte garden space of his own and the rabbits ate all the beans and lettuce.I think this spring I'm going to invest in some kind of fence. Another thing that works well is dried cow's blood. It's sold as a fertilizer and can be purchased at any feed + fertilizer store. | There are a lot of rabbits around here, I had a terrble time with them in our vegetable garden last summer. I ordered all my garden seeds for this year, mostly from Burpee's in Iowa and from Parks in Carolina. I've always had good luck with their seeds. There is another company, Mellinger's, which is a whole sale house that sells mostly to commerical growers, and I ordered a few things from them, too. Their seed catalog is somewhat unusual because there aren't the typical pictures of their products. And where else can one buy carrot seeds and rutabaga seeds by the hundred-weight? | I ordered all my garden seeds for this year, mostly from Burpee's in Iowa and from Parks in Carolina.
