Trust you and kin are OK, and I am as usual. Amongst cards received for Christmas was one from Ruth Sheridan, who is located in Anchorage, Alaska As I'd promised (again) to visit my daughter, went down to S. Fe. travel bureau (Jackson & Mich.). to get my half-rate ticket.
Nothing doing, "rails" from foreign lines must pay full fare. same with U.P., which leaves here on Milw. Lines to Omaha, and I always thought 1/2 rate was robbery.
