It rained a little last night, but this morning is beautiful, I rose early and David. This is a beautiful day.  all of us in health.  I have a stiff neck from taking a sponge bath last night.  all are up early going to the Depot to meet Mr Angell from New York.  I walked down with Hunt but he did not come, so we all drank Washington water and returned to breakfast and then walked in the Park.  at lunch Mr Angell walked in, he had missed connections.  he is well and fat, but very depressed, after supper all walked out and drank Congress water and Columbia water.
