63 These prisoners you will release and sent with sufficient Escort to Fort Griffin, whence they will be sent by the Commanding Officer of that post with escort to Fort Richardson.

    The Commanding Officer of that post will sent them to Fort Sill with necessary Escort and turn them over to the Indian Agent, Mr. Tatum.
    The Escort and transportation sent from Each post will return after reporting at the next post with the prisoners.
