I'm thinking of you in Indiana now, almost home - I hope you find Muldoon all well and active - I have just buried Laddie - I was napping after cleaning the bathroom when two small [[Renfro?]] boys came and asked if I owned a big white cat. Evidently he had been dead several hours for Mr. [[Renfro?]] said he wasn't home last night else he would have seen him. I found where the old cat had her kittens just after you left. I followed her - Back of [["s" scratched out]] Singleterry's garage under some loose boards. The two white kittens disappeared as I came closer, and this morning the mother cat ran under their house when I told the boys where I had seen them - | ||
