My dear Sister,
My dear Sister,
We spoke to Mr. Prichard this afternoon- He would like to stay here another year and will look for cows- We spoke to him about the hens and a little ground around the house. We said we thought it would be more business like to have the agreement in writing and he thinks the same- said it would have been better if we had done so in the first place- We did not say anything about the orchard as A. thinks we will not need it it till after haying if we do then- How would it do for you to draw up a paper for us - stating what privileges we wish - do not forget to state that they will let us have milk for 3 cts a qt= or if you prefer - propose that we make some arrangement and keep
