I hope to have forty dollars by the time I get back unless I am obliged to buy a spring hat before then. I am so anxious to know about the rent money from the Monaghans and whether Mr. Cole paid you instead of paying Monaghans for the stuff they bought of the M's - But what good does it do to worry over it?
