3/10/09 In company with J. B. Noble [[unclear]] examined school Basement & Laundry building Found a most dilapidated & Tumble down state of the windows room. Water closet and The work shop in Laundry building open Windows broken. Tool closet open and tools lying on the floor and bench without any regard to order. Floor covered with dirt & debris.
