3/10/09 In conferencing with J. B. Noble [[unclear]] examined school [[unclear]] & Laundry bid Found a most dilapidated & Tumble down state of the windows [[unclear]]. Nation [[unclear]] and The work shop in Laundry building opens Windows broken. Tool  closet open and tools lying on the floor and bench without any regard to order. Floor covered with dirt & debris. Door into the Laundry had been broken some their casings having been framed out in getting the door off. The closet sheets and the school closet were down. Ashes around the furnace door. The failing at one of the front door down. One front door was [[unclear]] by whittling with a pocket knife and a general lack of oversight are the part of the [[unclear]]  [[unclear]].
