Ops further reports that he relieved and was relieved by Sergt and that men were detailed at the usual hours and places - excepting that Officer Goodrich attended court at 9 a.m. and appeared as witness against Mike Kenny whom he arrested the night before for disorderly conduct. He was fined $13.00 and sent to jail at 6 p.m. Opr was relieved by Sergt Culkin at his men whom he detailed as above mentioned and nothing more of importance occurred to report.
