trip to Penna for the Maple festival and it was amusing to hear Mother's comments - she doesn't realize that she outgrew the town years ago - she went ahead - living in Pittsburgh, Detroit & Chicago - and working with the public broadened her views to the point where she was actually uncomfortable with former acquaintances. I guess they were conversational dropouts en masse.
