 A really nice place on the American plan, but B&B.

Rooms with baths, "H&C" at all times.
The owner, Jury, also has a hotel called Jury's, that is 

somewhat more expensive than The Moira. The Moira is past O'Connell Bridge, sort of toward the center where the better stores are, not far from a large post office - past Trinity College & College green.
