The "Castles" are just little stores which sell nothing but ice cream. They do business about 9 months of the year, closing the first of December or thereabouts. They are always built of white stone and are very nice looking buildings. The cat has more kittens which arrived last Wednesday - 3 black and one grey this time. Quite a surprise to me as I did not expect them for at least a month. They seem to be healthy so must be full term infants. Have had some fine rains the past week and an extra heavy one last night which fixed things up in good style. The lawns which were all straw color are making a come-back and are getting nice and green again.
