Opt did not who was to blame for the accident. He (([unknown))] around all day and at 6.45 PM posted the night men and nothing of importance occurred up to 11PM at which time he had discontinued.

Tuesday April 17/88 This morning at 8AM Opt. walked over the companys property and found everything in good order and up to 6.30PM nothing unusual occurred at which time the night guards went on duty and up to 9PM nothing occurred at which time Opt. discontinued.

Wednesday April 18/88 This morning Opt. walked over the companys' property at 8AM and found everything in good order and then went to the depot and remained all day and at 6.45PM the night guards went on. At 10PM Opt. discontinued up to which time nothing of importance occurred.
