1866 Sunday, March 18. Pleasanter though not very pleasant still. Rose late & after breakfast very ? I suppose worked at the old payment dockets of the county—drawing off 10? memorandums of Thoer? I am or may be interested in. Took a bath in the evening & then went to ME Church but there being no preaching then went to the 2 M P Church & heard Rev Hammond, returning called at the house—ate nuts & popped corn
