Turin, Feb. 17, 1883 Dear Sister, We hope you had a nice visit with Maggie. Clara comes in now and then to see us and we enjoy having her do so. We have not been to call on her yet as you know I have had such a time with my shoulder and arm. It is better now tho' still aching with the least exposure to cold. I went to church yesterday afternoon- tho' it hurt my arm every step I took on the icy walk- and in church it ached a good part of the time. Still I think it did me no harm to go. Today Mate washed and I rubbed out our things. I went to rest afterwards and had a good sleep, - hence this letter! I have not
