New Yrok. June 2. 1874

Dear Sister Anna,

Now as I am able to write I take the pleasure of writing to you this morning. Mary received a letter from Jenny this morning and we were very glad to hear from you but we had rather be in your company for I enjoy it so much more than I do here for it is so noisy, as you know.

I have not been able to go around much till Saturday we went to the park and walked around till I got very tired, and Sis was tired too and she is getting wild it is
