A Cool but not very unpleasant day. Have felt very sore from the effects of my ride in yesterday. Sherman got back before noon. Have not done much to day. Have talked some with Young McMillen about buying a house & lot near my land East of town. Sherman & William are both out after the girls to night I accompanied Miss Hale? from Mrs Axtells to singing at the unclear Church. Dull & no news
